David Broadaway has had a passion for real estate since 1999! He credits his success to being available to his clients, meeting their needs, and to “always treat the client the same way that you would want to be treated.” His main objective is to professionally assist you and work to ensure that your real estate transactions are a pleasant and positive experience. With over 30 years of experience in sales, David has a proven track record of being honest, dependable, and professional.

David is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas at Conway where he received his Bachelor’s of Marketing Education. He has also completed a comprehensive series of real estate courses and has achieved the designations of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute).

Prior to real estate, he was in sales and marketing with a major wholesale company. During his tenure with Fleming Companies, he and his family relocated 4 times. This gave David the understanding of what a family goes through and the role the Realtor plays in the relocation process.

David’s dedication and commitment to his clients has them referring others his way. The greatest compliment that he receives is when a client sends a family member or friend to help in finding or selling their next home.
David lists and sells property all over the Central Arkansas area, from residential to commercial real estate. David also excels in dealing with farms, land, and investment properties. He understands that for most buyers, this is your biggest financial investment!

David is very active in the local community. He served as a board member with the Women’s Shelter of Central Arkansas and helps with numerous charitable fundraising activities throughout the year. He is also very active in the Faulkner County Board of Realtors. He has served as Treasurer, Board Director, and on numerous committees. David has also served as a Grievance Committee member with the Arkansas Realtors Association.

David is married to Janet and has two sons, Zach (Cassidy) and Brandon. Through the love and support of his family, he is dedicated to serving his clients and providing superior service.
